Care Home Administrator:
Blue Valley Lutheran Homes Society in Hebron, NE is looking for an Administrator to operate the Blue Valley Care Home. Blue Valley Lutheran Homes Society is operated and ran with the use of Christian values. If you are passionate about working with others then Blue Valley Lutheran Homes is the right fit for you. The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration or a health related degree is preferred but not required. Must have, as a minimum, 3 years’ experience in a supervisory and leadership capacity in a long-term care facility. Behavioral health experience or education as well as experience with a multi-million-dollar budget and financial management. Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license or be eligible to meet the Nursing Home Administrator licensure requirements of the State of Nebraska. If currently licensed in another state, you shall apply for reciprocity licensure. Also, requiring experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and computer skills.
