The Rehab Difference

Quality – Blue Valley provides the highest-quality, comprehensive rehabilitation services. We provide interdisciplinary care for a broad scope of practice, professional restorative nursing programs, and outcome-based treatment programs. Therapists are also educated in coverage and reimbursement.

Education – All therapists attend professional education courses each year to ensure they are bringing current treatment approaches to treat each resident.

The Physical Therapy staff specializes in neurological and musculo-skeletal diagnoses, gait analysis and fall-risk assessment.

The Occupational Therapy staff specializes in helping residents with Activities of Daily Living and Cognitive Testing.

The Speech Therapy staff are knowledgeable about diagnoses commonly found in the geriatric population and work with residents who have difficulty swallowing, language and swallowing disorders and cognitive difficulties.

Accountability – Blue Valley is committed to monitoring outcomes. Now more than ever, we value tracking and trending costs, interventions and functional benefits. The information we gain directs us in continuous quality improvement.
